Your new role Your role will be to work as a Teaching Assistant, focusing on supporting both the classroom teacher and the children. You will be responsible for working with children on a 1-1 basis as well as in small groups. You will also be supporting the classroom teacher in setting up for the day and encouraging engagement. What You'll Need To Succeed

You will need strong communication skills, especially when working with groups of children.
You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 2 years.
You will be required to have a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
