Job Purpose

To ensure delivery of third party services contractors in alignment with the service agreement. To take predictive action and conduct onsite inspections to ensure continuous service excellence.

Principal Accountabilities & Competencies.

Ensure all SOMs are up to date as per on site conditionsequirements and recommended changes.
Ensure that programs and procedures defined in the SOMs are being implemented correctly.
Assist the Facility Manager in review and improvement of current inspections/walkthroughs process.
To conduct quality assurance and quality control walkthroughs at an agreed frequency.

· To plan and coordinate accordingly to ensure compliance with the maintenance plan deadlines and that quality standards are met in the service delivery.

· To ensure the highest professional standards are adhered to by all vendor’s staff when executing works.

· To comply with the governance and reporting model implemented in the properties.

· To review maintenance schedules and strategies periodically with the Facility Manager in order to reduce reactive responses and minimize downtime by being proactive and predictive.

· Management of third party services and compliance with the performance management system.

To perform and/or execute any duties, works, instructions or tasks as directed by management.

Work Experience

· Minimum of 2 years of Facility Service contract supervision Experience.

Contract management and enforcement of contract content essential
Supervision Experience preferred
