The role
Whilst our team are taking us through significant change, system upgrades and transformations and process-re-engineering, we need another hand to help us for a minimum 12 month fixed-term period, in a high-volume and fast paced accounts department. You will be responsible for end to end accounts payable, from matching, batching and coding, to making payments in our system.
About you
You will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, love numbers, have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and be timely. Great communication skills is a must, as you answer general queries, and work inter-departmentally.
You thrive under pressure, have excellent data entry skills (this is a high volume role circa 10,000 invoices per month across the team), can pick up and work on multiple ERP and finance systems, and love meeting deadlines and achieving great outcomes.
