Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure the performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Qualifications & Education:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience working in a development role or sales
  • Language: Excellent in written and spoken English as well as Arabic
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
  • Other Qualifications:
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
