<!--> Job Description Working within a growing and exiting high-tech business, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant. Primarily , the role holder will be to support the Production Manager with financial and management information, mainly on production stock and manufacturing cost, to ensure compliance with financial controls, provide stock and WIP evaluation, perform variances analysis and contribute to the implementation and development of the financial systems and processes. Additional duties include financial management of functional cost centres and contribution to the annual budgets. We are looking for a qualified accountant with strong cost accounting skills ideally gained within a manufacturing setting. Core responsibilities will include supporting business decision making with financial and management information, mainly on production stock and manufacturing cost, to ensure compliance with financial controls, provide stock and WIP evaluation, perform variances analysis and contribute to the implementation and development of the financial systems and processes. The role holder will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and demonstrate the flexibility and intellectual capacity to support wider business requirements and to shape financial planning and forecasting whilst supporting and facilitating exponential growth. The ideal candidate will have

a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field is expected.
advanced excel and powerpoint skills in order to build and maintain sophisticated financial models and to derive and present insightful information to key stakeholders.
the aility to analyze data and excellent analytical and numerical abilities
critical thinking skills
accuracy and an eye for detail.
good oral and written communication skills
the ability to work as part of a team.
