As a Billing Administrator, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of billing administration tasks for our stakeholder offices. Stakeholders serviced could include any or all of the A&O offices using the Belfast Shared Service Centre, but will be primarily focused on our London and U.S. offices.

Your tasks will include completing all necessary system transactions in order to produce a bill, generating reports on our billed and unbilled time and costs and assisting with the daily tracking and internal checking of work received.

What you will do

  • Complete all necessary billing system transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with workflow management and quality checking
  • Provide billing support and advice to your colleagues and stakeholders
  • Provide month end overtime support when required
  • Deal with miscellaneous duties to assist in the smooth running of the department
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects
  • Assist other teams as and when cover is required

What you will have

  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills and a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent (including at least a Grade C in English and Maths);
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
