We are looking for a Field Recruiter, to join the AmeriPro Health team. In this role, you will source, screen, and select high-quality candidates to join our growing company. This position will network and attract talent through social media marketing, field marketing and talent platforms. Primary responsibilities include assessment and fulfillment of recruitment needs ensuring staffing levels are attained according to business plan and maintaining relationships with internal and external pipeline resources.

What You’ll Do

• Engage in traditional and non-traditional strategies to source, identify and attract quality candidates, including, but not limited to social media and targeted networking
• Travel to field locations to build and cultivate partnerships and relationships within the industry
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees for top talent
• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates per market for current and future openings
• Serve as a liaison for recruiting sources such as colleges, tech schools, industry associations and employment agencies
• Strengthen and cultivate relationships with community resources, networking and leveraging recruiting resources
• Screen resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), and match candidates with applicable vacancies
• Develop creative, strategic, recruitment plans using social media campaigns, professional and school-based recruiting sites and events, advanced internet techniques and networking with internal and external resources
• Partner and collaborate with hiring manager(s) to clearly define position needs and requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• High-volume recruitment experience, previous military recruitment experience a plus
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Demonstrated proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong relationship builder and influencer with internal and external audiences
• Self sufficient, well organized able able to work autonomously

Requirements

• Ability to work evenings and weekends to cultivate recruitment pipeline
• Valid driver’s license
