AML Officer is fully responsible for the company’s regulatory processes and reports. Candidates must have a very good understanding of AML, KYC, BSA, OFAC, and regulatory policies with the ability to apply regulatory concepts in the day-to-day job functions. You must possess experience in conducting thorough research on higher risk customers and using systems and databases for investigative purposes with the ability to review high risk client activity and identify unusual patterns. Must possess exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and decipher high risk attributes.
Your key responsibilities include but won’t be limited to:
· Development, implementation, and maintenance of an anti-money laundering program
· Development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures
· Ensuring compliance with current AML regulations (if exists), and other relevant legislation
· Developing and maintaining a risk assessment framework for products and services, clients and customers, and other issues relating to money laundering
· Keeping and maintaining records of high risk customers, and reporting suspicious activities to the authorities
· Arranging and implementing inspections and audits
· from third-party organizations, and making compliance recommendations based on their findings
· Briefing and reporting to senior management on matters relating to internal AML compliance policies and procedures
· Overseeing and implementing an ongoing AML training program for other employee
We expect you to have:
· Higher Education
· Strong experience with research tools
· Fluency in English
· 3-5 years of experience performing the dutiesesponsibilities (Lithuania)
· Experience with KYC and AML metrics reporting
· Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Certification
