Delighted to be working with a national health research charity that is looking for a Philanthropy Manager to join its energetic and vibrant team. This role will support the charity’s new strategy, develop high level relationships with new and existing donors and play a key role within a major upcoming campaign.

This position will oversee a portfolio of prospects and donors to build long-lasting and highly engaged relationships. It will manage the organisations mid to high value prospects and donors, building pipelines, securing five and six figure gifts and creating bespoke donor journeys.

The Successful Postholder Will Have Proven Experience In

Securing major gifts and working with high value stakeholders
Donor development and building a pipeline
Developing relationships to increase engagement and impact
Understanding of supporter databases, data protection and fundraising best practice
Working collaboratively across an organisation to maximise opportunities

Salary: £28,000-£34,000

Location: Home-based or Peterborough
