We are looking for Technical Consultants to join our Professional Services team based in our new home on Newcastle quayside.

Clients include: ASOS, Selfridges, JD Sports, Superdry, Waitrose plus hundreds more.


  • Delivering market-leading projects to the world’s leading online retailers
  • Driving successful customer implementations
  • Meeting with customers to gather and analyse requirements
  • Solution and data architecture design
  • Advising on best practices and provide product expertise for our customer’s teams
  • Preparing and supporting clients during test & go-live transition periods
  • Managing client relationships and our touchpoints with customers and internal teams
  • Client facing and internal technical documentation of solutions
  • Providing ongoing guidance, advice and optimisation to clients on how best to maximise value from our products
  • Delivering training to business and technical users
