About the job

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor / Team Leader, for exciting new opportunity within our prestigious operations based in and around the Coventry area of the West Midlands area.

The supervisors in these roles will be responsible for organising a small team of staff, training and supervision, producing and reviewing documentation, along with the daily liaison with engineering teams and managers at various customer sites throughout the West Midlands.

Applications for this role are welcomed from, experienced Supervisors and Team Leaders, who can demonstrate previous experience in a similar team leader / supervisory role, ideally within an automotive manufacturing or supply chain environment.

A good understanding of automotive manufacturing process, quality procedures and documentation is beneficial, as is previous supervisory or management experience.

We are specialist service providers to the vehicle manufacturing industry and their supply chains and this is an excellent opportunity to join our team.

The supervisor in this role may be required to work on a rotating shift basis, so applicants must be willing and able to do so. Applicants should also have their own transportation and be willing to travel.

In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic rate of £12.00 per hour plus premiums for shift work and weekends, company uniform and pension.

Based in the Coventry area, this role is commutable from, Birmingham, Solihull, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Sutton Coldfield, Hinckley and Redditch, amongst other areas of the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire
