Job Description
- Preparing covenant check-lists, Transaction Summaries, presentation materials.
- Timely Annual credit review.
- Continuous and conscientious monitoring of loan covenant compliance for committed Syndicated Loans.
- Liaise with other business areas and support divisions to ensure the timely processing of all transactions to provide the highest levels of service to customers.
Skills
- Strong financial modelling and computer skills.
- Good knowledge of syndicated, project finance and/or non- recourse finance.
- Experience in loan documentation, due diligence and deal execution.
- Strong credit and financial analysis.
- Good knowledge of relevant banking products/services.
- Strong command over written and spoken English language.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
