Our client a well-established Architectural Practice based around the South-West Leicestershire area is actively seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with around 3 years’ experience to grow and develop their career within a talented team.

This Architectural Practice work on a range of developments within the Commercial, Residential, Retail and Student Accommodations. Projects vary from small extensions through to large developments. Our client is looking for an Architectural Technologist that has experience within at least one of these sectors. Key responsibilities include prepare and present design proposals and detailed drawings, meeting with construction professionals, complete feasibility studies, create detailed drawings and specifications as well as attend site. This practice uses ArchiCAD on a daily basis so it would be highly advantageous to have a working knowledge of this software.

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Living in or around the South-West Leicestershire area
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD
• Experience within the Residential sector
• Car / Clean Licence
• Technical, Drafting and Client Facing skills
• Relevant Degree Qualified
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic

Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Salary; £32k – £38k (DOE)
• Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays
