Main duties of the job This is a fixed term post to cover a 15 month maternity leave within the Prestatyn District Nurse team. The post holder will work under the supervision of the Team Manager working out of a designated base within the Denbighshire area. They should be enthusiastic and motivated with an awareness of local and national health initiatives and to work well both alone and within a team. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. Applicant requirements You must have appropriate UK professional registration. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
