Main duties of the job
This is an exciting new role which requires you to work autonomously, providing high quality clinical triage and risk management using knowledge, skills, critical thinking and professional judgement, supported by clinical triage protocols/policies and support from Senior Practitioner colleagues where needed. As first point of contact you will provide advice, guidance and support to partner organisations and professionals such as Police, WAST, A&E, GP’s and Local Authorities on mental health related issues.
