The successful candidate will be a strong team player who enjoys technical challenges within a fast-paced environment, applies sound judgment and enjoys working both individually and as part of a team.

This role would be well suited to an experienced developer who has a demonstrable interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning and who has previous experience in developing and delivering products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the rest of the team, design and deliver features to current generation and green-field projects.
  • Develop application architecture that is scalable, reliable, available and manageable.
  • Consistently move the software development process forward in terms of agility in areas of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.
  • Work closely alongside product managers, developers, QA, etc. to ensure requirements are delivered on-time and to specification.
  • Contribute to the technical product documentation and working with the product management team to ensure effective communication of features to the customer base.
  • Specifically provide insight into where machine learning or artificial intelligence can be leveraged to enhance product features and develop illustrative wireframes.
  • Provide third-line development assistance to the product support team and the professional services projects team.

Your Experience:

  • At least 3 to 5+ years’ experience of working in a similar role and working with C# .NET and VB.NET.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL Server and/or TransactSQL.
  • Web development experience in Javascript frameworks such as Angular, Ember, React and ASP.NET/MVC
  • Good understanding and experience in Object Oriented Development practices & principle and n-tier development
  • Experience in unit testing
  • Familiar with modern source code repositories, e.g. Git
  • Additional knowledge, skills and experience in web services, HTML/JavaScript, continuous integration/delivery, common design patterns, agile development practices are desirable.
