Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:

• Searching for and attracting clients who need in-ship spare parts and equipment supply;

• Working with the client and accompanying him to the deal conclusion.

• Promotion and making the company’s image in the international market.

• Work with clients to maintain long-term basis cooperation.

• Participation in specialized exhibitions.

• Organization and holding of personal and online meetings.

• Work in CRM system, use and fill the client base.

Requirements for a candidate

• Actual conditions in the spare parts, marine vessel equipment, and related industries supply market.

• Assortment, classification, characteristics, and application of the supplied goods.

• commercial conditions of agreements, and contracts.

• Psychology and principles of sales.

• Ethics of business communication.

• Rules for establishing business contacts.

• Methods of information processing using up-to-date technical devices, and computers.

• Have education and experience in sales, preferably in the maritime industry.

• Fluent English (speaking and written)!

• How to work with computer programs, CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
