Pay rate starts at £9.06 increasing to £10.11 after 12 working weeks
Location -Daresbury Due to location please not limited access to public transport. parking available on site.
” This is primarily a data processing role which requires someone who is used to this type of work which involves processing high volumes of data and completing quality checks.
” Provides a first line response to telephone calls to the Service Desk and books all calls correctly using the software.
” Monitors the service desk inbox and ensures all telephone calls and emails are responded to within the correct timeframe as set out in the SLA’s.
” Ensure all assets are correctly recorded on asset database and disposed of following the appropriate processes.
” Good understanding of Microsoft 365 packages is essential for this role, as databases will need to be maintained.
” Work as part of a team ensuring all duties on the Servicedesk are covered in line with the weekly rota and operating hours of the Servicedesk.
” Highlight any short falls or problems to Service Desk Manager.
” Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Security Clearance will be required for this role, this will be provided if successful
