My client, a local authority based in the West Midlands, require a Building Surveyor to join them on a initial 6 month contract (with the possibility of an extension).
There will be both residential and commercial work within the role.
Essential Criteria
- Experience with regrades to the designs for works on major refurbishment and re-development projects.
- Cost Management Experience
- Experience working in both a commercial and residential capacity.
- MRICS
Interviews will be held over teams in the coming fortnight and the role has a lot of remote working available.
