About You

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our Client base. You’ll be driving our growth machine, reaching out to businesses, meeting clients, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. You’ll need to be confident in reaching out to prospect clients and effectively promoting the value of our design & development services. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth and establish lasting business relationships. In this role, you will be working closely with our Creative Director.

You will be responsible to

  • Develop a growth strategy
  • Arrange meetings with prospect clients to identify their future needs
  • Mature and settle newly won deals before passing them to our Production team
  • Manage your own sales pipeline: prospecting, leading negotiations, deal closing
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding clients’ business objectives


  • 5+ years of working experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a relevant field
  • Experience from a B2B environment. An existing business network is a must
  • A self-starter, who understands how to build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills in English. We work Internationally
  • Ability to build rapport
