Job Description

1. Department: Admin

3. Reports to: General Manager

4. Overall responsibility

4.1. Ensure all the Purchase Orders issue on-time and correctly.

4.2. Ensure all the shipment arrive factory according to schedule to meet garment delivery date.

4.3. Follow up closely about any claim issued from production department or other departments.

5. Key areas of responsibility

5.1. Checking purchaser orders correctly to all requirements from customer.

5.2. Checking all the purchase orders have been completed the confirmation back from suppliers.

5.3. Checking shipment record.

5.4. Settle all the shipments problem.

5.5. Settle all the materials claim from production or other departments.

5.6. check payment records.

6. Consults with

6.2. HR/Admin Department

6.3. Sale Department

6.4. SC Department

6.5. Suppliers

6.6. Forwarders

7. Qualification(s)

7.1. At least High School

8. In his/her absence, is deputized by: General Manager

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing, experience with logistics and label/garment/printing is more appreciated.
  • Good on speaking, writing, reading English or Chinese
  • Graduated from Faculty of Information Technology or other related skill
  • Good at computer skill of Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excels, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Be Smart, honest, friendly, hard working, able to work under pressure, careful, active, teamwork and considerable
  • Good problem solving & communication skill with internal & external
  • Salary (negotiation)
  • Food allowance 1.5 USD per day
  • Yearly Salary review
  • NSSF (National Social Security Fund)
  • 18 days Annual Leave and Public holiday
  • Have transportation pick up from Stoeng Meanchey market
