Duties and Responsibilities:
- Received order from Sales Team
- Print Invoice
- Prepare product delivery to customer
- Check and verify product with invoice
- Confirm with driver to check product before departure
- Arrange delivery with Taxi and follow up the product delivery to customer with Taxi
- Update delivery status to salesperson
- Manage pending order
- Control stock in/out and quarantine product report
- Stock count and confirm with Accounting/HR Department
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (preferably)
- Warehouse keeper(at least 2 years)
- Stock Management
- FIFO Stock Control
- Accounting Basic Knowledge
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Capable of reading texts written in English
Work Day: Monday – Saturday (half day)
Work Hour: 8:00am – 5:00pm
