I’m currently recruiting for an Associate for a fast growing consultancy in Manchester. After huge levels of growth and expansion over the past 2 years, which has led to 2 further offices and a number of high profile project wins, our clients, a multi-disciplinary award winning consultancy, are looking to add a further expand the capabilities in the North.

The role

As the Associate leading on the Engineering business you will be tasked with leading on Projects from a Highways and Civil Engineering point of view. Part of the role will be mentoring members of the team and being responsible for the Design workload too.

You will be a Chartered Engineer with 10 to 15 years’ experience in Highways Engineering, showing expertise and knowledge on Major Highways works from a Consultancy point of view.

Communication skills are vital, alongside a proven history within a client facing business development role.

We require someone who shares the same passion as our client’s and their staff to continuously develop and never settle for a poor quality of service.
