CCTV Operators Wanted!
We are looking for candidates for a 8-month role in Takapuna where you will be working in a team of 7 CCTV Operators closely monitoring CCTV cameras and assisting the public with enquiries.
This role will be starting immediately and a great opportunity to work in a busy, varied and challenging environment.
- ASAP – 8 months (potential to go permanent)
- $26 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Based in Takapuna
- 12h shifts, 48h working week
- 2x day, 2x night, 4x off shift pattern
The role
This supportive team require additional assistance within the CCTV monitoring space. Liaising with the wider organisation to ensure incidents are responded to correctly and announcements are made promptly, customer service and safety is paramount. Duties will involve;
- Highly accurate administration and transport monitoring
- Customer service via phone and email, answering queries
- Responding to incidents safely and efficiently
- Dispatching resources proactively
- Clear communication with all stakeholders
About You
This is a fast paced, customer centric team, where you will need to be adaptable and flexible to manage a changing environment. Key skills will include;
