Job Position: Sales Coordinator
To give administrative support to the Sales department by :
o Following up and ensuring that the Customer Sales files are complete and documentation is being processed efficiently and on time
o Liaising with other departments (Store, Production, Logistics) and the clients to ensure orders are processed in an effective and timely manner
o Responding to clients’ queries and providing a quick and high standard of customer service
o Continuously giving feedback and information about the processing status of orders to the respective salesperson
o Verification of all customer sales files before sending them to accounts departments
o Ensuring terms of credit are respected
o Taking orders (telephone, email, fax) and sending information to invoicing department and ensuring that deliveries are completed as per clients’ requests
o Verifying if prices tally with agreements and correct discounts offered
o Preparing brochures/Technical sheets/booklets
o Sending quotations on behalf of salespersons
o Working closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategies accordingly
o Handling customer complaints efficiently by liaising with the laboratory and production departments
o Receiving water samples from customers, filling laboratory forms, and follow with customers and invoicing department
Qualifications and Experiences
o Minimum Higher School Certificate
o A diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
o Min 02 years of hands-on experience in a similar position mainly in distributive trade.
o Well-versed in Computers mainly Excel and Word
o Fluent in French and English (Written and spoken)
o Knowledge of chemical products would be an advantage.
