Must have knowledge of Rebarand Carpenter work. Provide and deliver the necessary tools, equipment for the various work sites.
Able to work over time in case project needs.
Peridically reporting the work status to the manager.
Have experience with workers and knowledge to arrange work for workers.
Capable of rectifying the site issues. Able to provide materials in case of any urgency in the workplace.
Able to handle and rectify the damaged tools and equipment.
Always able to coordinate, support the workers at sites and office staff efficiently.
Must check the tools working condition before bringing to work sites.
Must have the capacity to do the demolition works in case of a worker in shortage or when the work status about to end as teamwork.
Material stores to be always maintained properly.
You will be the point of contact in any urgent works rise.
Able to physically fit to carry heavy materials to load and unload to work sites.

Job Requirement

To have good knowledge and experience in various fields of construction will make the project proceed efficientlyPoly diploma and above in civil and building construction related major
Prepare to work in tough outdoor environments such as hot and humid spaces
Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently
Able to effective teamwork and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with worker in Englisgh & Mandarine to guid wokers.
