It is an exciting time at City Plumbing, we’ve recently become a stand-alone business and we’re recruiting a Business Process Analyst to join our IT & Digital team to improve efficiencies across the business.

The Role:

Therefore, we’re recruiting for a Business Process Analyst to join our IT team and help identify efficiencies across our business.

To be successful in your application, you will need to be Green Belt certified and be familiar with Six Sigma methodologies.

Areas of focus include:

  • You’ll guide the definition and delivery of business improvement projects through the application of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools.
  • You’ll ensure best practices standards are met for process documentation including promotion of best practice tools and templates.
  • You’ll need to make sure all new processes are developed to meet a process maturity level 5 (Managed) working alongside the process owners to ensure all 12 capabilities are considered.
  • Assisting with the definition of potential projects to support the future growth of the Highbourne Group by identifying, quantifying, and comparing potential projects, and playing a key role in the prioritisation process.
  • Support any training and mentoring required to support the business in tools and techniques ie Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen and workshop facilitation techniques.

This is primarily a remote-based role with visits to office locations on an adhoc basis as required.

You should be based in the UK and our Head Office is based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

This means you could be from areas such as Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Chesterfield, Corby, Coventry, Hinckley, Kettering, Leamington Spa, Leeds, Leicester, London, Loughborough, Lutterworth, Market Harborough, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Northampton, Nuneaton, Oundle, Oxford, Peterborough, Rugby, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Warwick, Wellingborough.

Required skills and competencies:

  • Certified Green Belt and full knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets in order to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrable project experience managing end-to-end processes.
  • Experience of process mapping to BPMN 2.0 standards.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with all levels of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail in both analysis and documentation

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Six Sigma / Lean / DMAIC / DMADV / DFSS / Data-Driven / Data Analyst / Process Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst / Six Sigma Green Belt / Process Consultant / Continuous Improvement / Process Reengineering.
