An overview of the opportunity

In collaboration with the Country Manager, the Client Partner will be responsible for all aspects of sales operations protocols: Exceeding sales, pricing, and achieving quarterly and annual goals, as well as setting monthly sales goals based on direct bottom-up analysis, detailed market analysis, sales marketing plan & budgeting. Client Partner will represent a strategic position in terms of accurately and effectively managing the sales pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources to continue with revenue growth.

Do you have experience with the following?

  • Working directly with top-tier brands and agencies as Meta’s advertising expert.
  • Experience selling or managing platforms such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or similar.
  • Knowledge in Direct Response marketing, social media, and vertical markets is a PLUS.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning background
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience working for Startup companies is a plus.

Examples of the tasks you will do

  • As a Client Partner, you would be responsible on a daily basis for complying with Company-wide sales protocols, pipeline, sales standards reporting, and sales optimization training.
  • Work seamlessly between sales channels and business functions to continue revenue growth.
  • Client Partner must be fully knowledgeable of the required sales operating protocols as defined by the Financial Office.
  • Client Partner will support the development & execution of the growth strategy.
  • To deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews as well as planning reporting protocols and clear business and financial KPI tracking. To comply with company administrative and financial management protocols based on corporate standards: budgeting, compliance, and expense reports.
  • Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources.
  • Client Partner will collaborate with other team members in creating consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Meta’s marketing solutions.

Great to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or Related
  • We are an international team, so the ability to work in English is required. Icelandic is a plus.
  • Experience in Sales is required
  • Experience in communicating across all levels of internal and external stakeholders, including C-level is required.
  • An understanding and eagerness to learn Meta Platform’s service to become a specialist in our offering.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving/decision-making, and communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning background
