Your role at Exness:

We’re on a mission in finding the best talent out there and adding a talented Social Media specialist for the Social Media team.

In this role, you will attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, and encourage website traffic and revenue by strategically deploying every aspect of the social media marketing road-map. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each Social Media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for developing and translating content in your native language, joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective clients.

You will:

  • Build and execute a social media strategy through research, platform determination and benchmarking to increase brand awareness and drive engagement within our community.
  • Research the latest trends of our market and our competitors on all relevant social media channels.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content and campaigns that build meaningful connections and encourage targeted community members to take action.
  • Constantly keep Exness’s social media page updated to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content and communication.
  • Define ambitious and challenging goals, track relevant KPIs and report on our achievements on social media.
  • Team up with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
  • Communicate with our content creators, influencers and partners, and motivate our community to share content with us.

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency side (ideally within the same area).
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Native English and excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of social media metrics and a methodical way to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Attention to detail, copywriting skills (English) and experience with content creation.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
  • Fluency in English.
