Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering).
• Good knowledge of English (in writing and speaking),
• Interest for reporting, budget controlling, and analysis.
• Ability to use computer, e.g. MS Office applications,
• Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail, and strong data analysis skills.
Responsibilities:
• Monitors HR budget and regularly reports to relevant departments
• Develop and analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for the executive team.
• Provide inputs in developing/ creating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for performance monitoring.
• Analyzes the budget during the year and reports on budget status and condition.
• Design and execute business analytics
• Collect and review log data for reporting and ensure accuracy
• Follow market trends in total rewards.
• Manage salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and the yearly C&B review process.
