Job Description

Responsible for analyzing and solving incidents within R&D applications.
Ensure proper documentation of solutions along given standards.
Users administration.
Interact with R&D service owners, infrastructure providers and Continental users worldwide.
System/application monitoring.
Maintain ticket status in ticket tool.
Programming shell scripts.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering with focus on computer science/ software engineering or comparable work experience.
Ability to work independently and to prioritize as well as to solve problems proactively with customer focus.
Experience In troubleshooting in application area.
Knowledge in scripting Powershell and Perl is advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and good English language skills.
Working knowledge with Linux and Windows servers is plus.
