About Us The Customer Experience Foundation is a new challenger CX industry association that provides resources, support, and thought leadership that drives innovation in the CX Community. Following continued growth and expansion, we are looking to expand our Marketing and Events Team to help develop our extensive series of events. We are a modern, inclusive organisation, with a flexible approach supporting wellbeing and work life balance About You We are looking for someone with events marketing experience to promote and co-ordinate a series of events for the Foundation. You need to have a good mix of traditional and digital marketing experience and must be extremely well organised, as well as being good at multi-tasking The Role · Lead, promote and facilitate a series of our events which will take place in London, Glasgow and Manchester · Manage the delivery of event campaign plans, ensuring each activity is delivered within deadline, to budget, and gains the required audience reach · Design all artwork for the events (experience with Canva desirable) · Data segmentation for invitations for events · Venue liaison and booking for events · Attendance at the events · Assisting the Marketing & Events Manager with other duties including database building, reporting, invitations to our Industry Councils, attendee liaison with itineraries for events etc · Visitor / traffic analytics and reporting · Management and development of social feeds where required · Assist with copywriting · SEO analytics and development · Assist with creation of our weekly newsletter What we can offer you · Fully remote role (with travel to our events) · Unlimited Annual Leave · Flexible Hours · Pension As you would expect, we deliver a high level of service in everything we do.
