About The Role
Role Location: ANZ Pacific Operations, Suva
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
As the Developer, you will be responsible for-
- Design Applications for the Pacific Region using Java, React
- Develop a workflow application (a credit decision app in future) for Credit lending for 8 regions in the Pacific using Java, React
- Ensure that the application is designed as per requirements
- Support the System Analyst where required to gather requirements and work with the team for UAT
- Able to provide after go-live support for the application
- Perform enhancements on the application after go-live where required using SDLC
- Manage and oversee development activities such as Requirement Gathering, Estimation, Coding and System Testing
- Ability to guide and provide support to Production Support team for Incident and Problem Management
- Perform Maintenance on the application as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science;
- Extensive experience in development using Java, Java Scripts, HTML, XML, REACT and JSON and Ms-SQL;
- Proven experience with crafting Java Application Architecture;
- A self-starter, problem solver, motivated to deliver solution on their own and to work through any technical hurdles;
- Experience working in DevOps shop;
- Java Certifications will be an added advantage (Microsoft Java Certifications).
