About The Role The Site Assurance Department is responsible for the effective protection of all company assets at Central distilling and maturation sites through the implementation of corporate security standards. They are also responsible for inspections of all areas of business risk including Health & Safety, Environment, Customs & Excise, Quality and Security. Site Assurance are required to operate alongside all levels of employee and present an exemplary image of the Company as the first point of contact for all site arrivals including the control of all access / egress of vehicles and personnel and when required, you’ll support and investigate incidents and /or losses. You'll ensure COMAH compliance through effective incident control duties as detailed within the on Site Emergency plan as well as providing appropriate training to employees, conducting inductions and supervising Contract Security Officers. First Aid is a vital aspect of this position, so the successful candidate will administer First Aid when required About You Good communication skills is a key factor in this role! The ideal candidate will have capable networking and Influencing skills The successful applicant will be PC literate Awareness of security procedures and COMAH regulations is beneficial! You’ll have demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and a First Aid training qualification would be desired but not essential. A full UK drivers licence is required.
