DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The company is seeking the services of a dynamic candidate to serve in the position of a Digital Marketing Executive.
Key Requirements:
· Full or part qualifications in marketing (CIM / SLIM or equivalent).
· Proven experience as a digital marketing executive or similar role.
· Ability to manage digital platforms (PPC & social media).
· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
· Computer literacy and presentation skills.
· Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Sinhala).
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and monitor the ongoing digital presence of the company.
· Develop creative & innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
· Coordinate with team members & content creators by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
· Write posts, articles & communications materials for digital platforms.
· Analysis of social media presence including digital advertising costs and returns.
· Analysis of social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
· Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
· Create digital reports to understand the progress of the digital presence.
Remuneration
Selected candidate will be eligible for an attractive remuneration package with achievement-based sales commissions.
