Your new role
In your new role you will be expected to initially support the successful delivery of the Trust’s Marketing Plan and contribute to the development of the Trust’s Marketing and Communications strategy. As the organisations Digital Marketing officer, you will be expected to plan, deliver, and implement range of engaging content and communications across a various marketing platform. You will review new marketing technologies to keep the Trust at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and have responsibility for the creative and written content on all digital channels, in line with brand guidelines, including responsibility for imagery, video content and animation. Manage online brand campaigns and PR across the Trust and its schools to raise brand awareness and increase online brand reputation and work closely with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of marketing/PR campaigns and provide analytics to relevant managers to inform future successful activity.
What You'll Need To Succeed
This organisation is looking for an individual with a breadth of marketing experience, you will have excellent interpersonal, and team working skills and have a proven track record of working alongside internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful projects. To succeed, you will be able to confidently demonstrate experience within a Digital Marketing capacity such as, CRM systems, Intranet, and website design, ensuring consistent tone across is applied to all projects, publications and strategic reports. A successful candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills and be confident in meeting deadlines while retaining a strong level of attention to detail. A successful candidate must have a full valid UK drivers’ licence with access to a car to travel between sites when required.
