Eden Brown Education is working with a superb Further Education College in Slough where we are recruiting a temporary Student Services Administrator
You will play a full role in contributing to the administration of the Student Services Department, supporting managers and senior staff as necessary. Providing front facing services, signposting and support to key stakeholders including staff, students and parents. You will have responsibility for administering requests for key student documents.
Requirements
Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent experience of working at a senior administrative level in a customer services or educational environment
The ability and confidence to communicate effectively with a range of people, both in writing and verbally (face-to-face and on the telephone), in a range of different and sometimes difficult situations
Ideally you will have a DBS on the update service or willing for us to apply for one
