Location (NEOM Project)

Main Purpose of the Job

Facilities Manager is responsible for:


Have ownership of the whole assigned zone and takes responsibility for all maintenance works and cleaning works that are being done in his related zone

Main Competencies required for the Position

· Good knowledge of FM concepts and terms

· Good Clerical and Administration Skills

· Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills

· A robust collaborator and Team leader

· Delivery-oriented attitude.

· Solid understanding of technical aspects

· Hotel background is an added value

Main Duties / Responsibilities

· Develop maintenance procedures and insure implementation

· Carry out inspection of all facilities to identify and resolve issues

· Implement proper daily and monthly reporting

· Ensure proper maintenance and functionality for all electrical systems

· Ensure proper maintenance and functionality for mechanical systems

· Oversee all repairing activities and planes

· Oversee all soft service plans and ensure proper implementation

· Monitor equipment inventory and place orders where necessary

· Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance and soft services within his zone

· Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Ensure safe and healthy workplace as per company standards

Minimum qualifications / educational levels required for this position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient in English language both written and oral

Proficient in Office Computer Applications, Word, Excel, Access, Power-point

· Proven previous experience as a maintenance manager

· Proven previous background in maintenance planning

Proven previous experience in a managerial role

  • Maintain acceptable standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
  • Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements

  • Good written communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Arabic and English speaker.

Minimum experience is required for this position

  • 8 years’ work experience
