Assistant Production Manager Responsibilities

* Pre-planning and organizing production resources & schedules

*Ensure target output, efficiencies and on-time deliveries are achieved

*Maintain the quality standards throughout the production process

* Inspire, and motivate the team & Maintain a healthy working environment to ensure compliance and HR developments.

*Incorporating new domain practices, developments & Technology to increase the efficiency and productivity of the factory

Required qualifications and experience

*Degree or diploma in textile and Clothing

*Full garment-making skills

*3 years of experience in a similar capacity

*Problem Solving skill

*Communication skills
