Under the guidance of PACS Manager, coordinates the execution of the Group’s sustainability strategy ‘ESG Impact Strategy 2030’ (Environment, Social and Governance), ensuring achievement of targets in collaboration with all department and external partners. Monitor and report progress to internal and external stakeholders. Continuously review the best practices and innovation in the market and shape the initiatives accordingly.

Embrace and execute sustainability strategy, defining local action plans; tracking improvement, etc. with focus on packaging, water, climate, communities, sourcing and people.
Coordinate the ESG cross-functional workgroup.
Research and track all relevant information (industries, trends) through the different sources and compile respective sustainability reports.
Identify and manage external stakeholders; pinpoint and work on areas of improvement, developing an engagement plan for them.
Support in the preparation of the ESG Reporting and corporate materials in sustainability topics.
Coordinate the sustainability-related external suppliers to ensure deliverables.
Engage with the Coca-Cola ESG representatives, the Foundation and other bottlers for alignment and sharing.
Support in the sustainable finance discussions and prepare any requested documentation.

EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or similar.
English: Proficiency level – French: will be considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of CPGs core business processes, industry specific KPIs and practices (complexities)
3-5 years’ experience in business project management, preferably in consulting firms.
Sustainability expertisewill be considered a strong advantage.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

More than 3 years of experience in project management and execution involving multiple major development projects
Ability to work within constraints of legacy data solutions while planning the next generation of reporting.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Strong background in structured systems and project management.
Managing financial resources to meet goals and multiple projects
Communications and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure implementation of initiatives.
Demonstrated high competency in project management and the execution of multiple large projects, including managing resources across multiple projects to meet goals
Successfully developed and implemented sustainability/ESG related projects
Established a track record of managing technical staff through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable)
Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
