ERM is looking to recruit an experienced regulatory affairs professional with experience with either Crop Protection regulations to join our Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) team. Currently we are working from home and we will continue to offer flexible working arrangements (e.g. working form home) after we come out of COVID.
This role can be based in the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, France, Poland or any other European countries where ERM has a local presence.
The role
We have been supporting global crop protection chemical companies on a wide variety of challenges from advocacy through to registration, regulatory strategy and the related technical issues around human health toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate and residue/analytical chemistry.
With recent regulatory changes, our clients have critical needs around data management and we are supporting them on IUCLID side activities. We are therefore looking for an experienced regulatory project manager with crop protection regulatory knowledge to join our team as the Team Leader for Crop Protection IUCLID Projects. For the first 12 months of your role, you will be leading and managing a team of consultants who work on the transcription of information from study summaries into IUCLID for use in the regulatory framework of REACH and Plant Protection Products (PPP).
As you continue to progress in your role, you will then have the opportunity to move to other Regulatory Project Manager roles and develop your career to the next level.
With team management being an important part of the role, we believe that to be successful in this role, you will be a people person with strong leadership skills. You will be passionate about other people’s professional development and has excellent coaching and communication skills. You will have prior experience working as a regulatory affairs manager or as a registration manager in Crop Protection field and you are a very organised individual who is able to deal with complexity and project milestones.
