ERM is seeking an experienced Graduate Recruiter to deliver and manage our graduate consultant recruitment campaigns in EMEA. ERM has always been a forward thinking organisation, we have been operating flexible working environment for years, and this will continue post COVID (e.g. working from home). This position can be based in London, Manchester or Oxford.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about early career hires and believes in providing candidates with excellent candidate experience.

You will have a good understanding of the graduate market in some of the key countries in EMEA and has a successful track record in delivering efficient graduate recruitment projects.

Fluent in English, you will have strong organisational and communication skills and enjoys work with a wide range of stakeholders and building relationship with Universities. Other European language skills such as German is highly desirable for this role.

The role

We expect this person to manage and deliver the end to end recruitment process for the existing graduate projects that we are running as well as building relationship with stakeholders.

This will see you working around the following activities (not limited to):

  • Manage and implement the graduate hiresecruitment campaigns from requisition through to attraction, selection and offer
  • Work with the hiring team to execute assessment centres
  • Identify relevant campus job fairs, student groups, faculty contacts to raise ERM’s brand proposition during recruitment peak season as well as on an on-going basis
  • Work with relevant stakeholders from consulting and marketing teams to produce brandecruitment marketing materials
  • Ensure that all recruitment is diligently managed on recruitment system (Workday) – from the creation of a vacancy to the completion of a successful hire
  • Provide graduate talent market insight to help develop future hiring strategy and to support the business to make an informed hiring decision
  • Engage with local in-country HR team to assist in the generation of employment offers and contract documentation
  • Ensure compliance to GDPR and other local data protection requirements, employment law and equal opportunities monitoring and philosophy
