THE ROLE

As a Junior Sous Chef you are future-thinking, you go that extra mile to make sure every dish is absolutely spot on.

We are looking for someone who will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and service in your section, working effectively within the team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Senior Chef De Partie role within the luxury market or 1 year as a Junior Sous Chef
  • Must be passionate and creative
  • Can handle themselves in a busy kitchen environment
  • Calm and focused in a high pressure
  • Willingness to learn and a great commitment towards work
  • Strong level of English

The basic hourly rate for this role is £10, however you will also earn a share of service charge, which is distributed to all staff through a Tronc Point system. We cannot guarantee exact service charge amounts, but the advertised hourly rate is a fair indication of average hourly salary for this role, including of base rate and Tronc.
