What You’ll Be Doing As Noogata’s Director Of Finance

  • Manage all Finance and accounting processes, internal and external
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
  • Build Sales predictions and revenue model
  • Build and manage Company Budget
  • Contribute to the corporate fundraising strategy, and manage relationships with partners and investors
  • Oversee vendor relationships, transactions and payments
  • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
  • Oversee payroll, bookkeeping and all other Finance processes
  • Oversee Company ESOP processes
  • Oversee all audit and internal control operations
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports and forecasts on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis and report to leadership team
  • Share your perspective and ideas, work closely with the Management team
  • Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization, work collaboratively and diligently
  • Report directly to Noogata’s COO
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
  • Develop internal processes and guidelines related to Finance

Requirements

  • Experience in early stage startup environment and in growing companies
  • Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field
  • CPA or other equivalent relevant qualification is a plus
  • Detail minded but big-picture thinker
