Your role:

Experience with accounting software and data entry;

Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures;

Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets;

Analytical skills;

Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

High interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team;

Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills;

Computer skills in Microsoft Office, 1C;

Energetic and highly motivated with challenges;

What are we looking for:

Preparation of annual financial statements, including the conclusion of income tax returns;

Compilation of required claims, and reports for tax administrators;

Operations and administration including general administrative processes, financial management, and accounting;

Analyze accounting options and suggest financial actions to the management;

Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status;

Filling and remitting taxes;

Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company;

Monitor adjustments to annual budgets;

Maintain a register of all documents to be translated and maintain systematic filing of softcopies for future reference;

Daily checking of financial documents and preparation of vouchers;

File and maintain all long-term supplier contracts and documents related to Finance;

Make cash/bank payments, monitor the bank account, maintain a cashbook, and ensured adequate cash balances for making timely payments;

Monthly reconcile the inventory;

Working with the pending related documents;

Assist when working with the auditors during the audit;

Assist in closing the monthly activities;

Proactively learn and understand all Fchain policies and procedures;

Preparation of tracking;

Support HR Officer in the collection of documents on need base;
