To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Agent (fixed-term 10 months-covering maternity leave) located in Warrington, UK.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Ensure all calls are answered promptly, emails are answered within 4 working hours
  • Manage any part deliveries/ queries by liaising with the materials team and the warehouse to achieve agreed service levels
  • Ensure all dialogue with customer is updated accurately on our CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Liaise as necessary with Flex couriers to achieve agreed service levels, investigate missing/delayed deliveries, request proof of delivery
  • Maintain ownership of issues and manage to a timely resolution on customer’s behalf – ensure if “something is promised – it happens”
  • Analyse & understand data to help resolve any issues or queries the customer may have
  • Support team leader and program management when requested

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • GCSE qualification or equivalent
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Verbal and written Italian skills would be desirable
  • Experience in working in a Customer Care role or similar fast paced environment using written and verbal communication methods is a great advantage
  • Intermediate Level Excel Skills
  • Ability to build relationships with team members, other departments and customers
  • Excellent organizational skills – ability to prioritize and remain calm is important
  • Excellent customer service skills and being able to handle difficult conversations
  • Passion for continuous improvements, thinking outside the box
  • Eligible to work in UK
