Your Role
The role of Aesthetic Coordinator is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the site, supporting our clinicians and ensuring all visitors receive the highest level of customer service.
Lead our team of clinicians with a positive and proactive attitude, offering professional support and advice as required.
The majority of your time will be client facing, as you will act as a patient concierge, greeting guests to the clinic, and handling enquiries over the phone, via email and social media.
Provide customers with treatment and product advice, diary management and ensure all patient documentation is kept up-to-date and accurate.
You will manage stock control, communicate with suppliers and place orders, ensuring the clinic is fully stocked and operational.
Diary management to include staff rotas, holiday and sickness management.

Skills And Experience Required
You must have experience working in a similar role in a medispa or aesthetics studio, and have excellent customer service, sales, and administrative skills.
The ideal candidate will hold the applicable qualifications, skills and experience to also provide treatments to our clients.
Service responsibilities anticipated to include: laser hair removal (Candela), body sculpting, radio frequency, facials (IMAGE and Geneo), skin analysis, plasmapen, microcurrent stimulation, client consultations, patch tests, chemical peels, retail sales and package sales.
Level 4 in Aesthetics Practice
Level 4 Laser & Light treatments
We are looking for an approachable person with an outgoing personality, but also a high level of professionalism and maturity. You should excel at teamwork, have a strong focus on quality and patient care, whilst being driven by KPI’s and achieving business targets.
You Must Also Have
- An in-depth understanding of skincare and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Immaculate written and spoken English
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task
- Able to work daytimes, evenings and weekends
