The Corporate team represents public and private companies from a variety of sectors, as well as private equity funders, financial institutions, management teams, and public bodies. The work covers a mixture of private company and public company matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, capital markets, and private equity.

Experience of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, and joint ventures are required and while prior exposure to ECM work is a distinct advantage, it’s not a must-have.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive team, dedicated to excellent client service. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and move their careers forward. The successful Corporate Solicitor will have the ability to work as part of a team in addition to being autonomous and confident working under their own initiative. They are seeking candidates with good presentation and client handling skills.

This role will also provide the successful candidate with the chance to work alongside Partners and lawyers in other specialist practice groups, both in Leeds and the other offices, and offers unrivaled opportunities for career progression in a non-bureaucratic environment.
