• The development of the Clinical Skills Centre as an education resource which provides a safe and effective learning
• The delivery of multi-disciplinary manual handling training and education for learners on placement and other healthcare Trust staff
• The development and evaluation of manual handling education
• The development or facilitation of multimedia technology based education resources relating to manual handling.
• The development of simulation facilities and sessions relating to manual handling.
• Research and audit for manual handling education
• Line management of identified junior staff
