Location: (location flexible / role will require some travel to Warrington Facility)

The Team

Here at Gousto we have a brand new opportunity in the form of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! Our Talent Acquisition team is made up of three areas including Tech, Operations and Business. As part of the Operations arm you will help organise Talent Acquisition for highly commercial areas and support teams including Buying, Operations, Proposition & Insights and Supply Chain.

The Talent team enables Gousto to rapidly scale – in our headquarters (London) and across our expanding factory sites across the UK. The Role

The Talent Coordinator in Operations focuses on streamlining and improving candidate experience for hiring as well as supporting internal talent mobility and process improvement.

Operations is scaling into 2022. This is a fast paced high volume role which will need strong organisational skills and ability to critically analyse and put forward process improvements to maintain a consistent and organised interview and onboarding process..

Core Responsibilities

  • managing Onboarding trackers; data entry using the ATS and Excel sheets
  • Entering candidate details with high level of accuracy ready for contract generation; acting as an intermediary between Talent and People Services to improve Onboarding efficiency
  • Support and coordinate Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Carrying out virtual Right to Work verification checks
  • Diary management and Interview Coordination
  • Keeping stakeholders informed of schedule changes and ensure internal processes are up to date and relevant

Who You Are

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Work well at pace and with ambiguity; on new factory openings and operational sites
  • Knowledge of recruitment / onboarding processes & best practises
  • Excellent communication skills – comfortable corresponding with people at all levels internally and a wide range of external partners
  • Knowledge of working in cross functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of utilising data analysis in Excel or Google sheets is a bonus!
